Qualifications

  • Licensed Professional Engineer (PE)
  • Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering (advanced degree preferred)
  • 7+ years of experience in structural restoration/rehabilitation/forensic engineering
  • Strong background with concrete systems exposed to environmental deterioration (parking structures, bridges)
  • Proven leadership or project management experience including managing subconsultants
  • Ability to lead client interactions and build long-term relationships
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities

  • Take the lead in shaping and growing a restoration/asset management division across multiple regions
  • Drive business development efforts through client engagement, industry events, and strategic pursuits
  • Oversee proposals, presentations, and contract negotiations for new work
  • Manage and mentor engineering teams while maintaining high technical standards
  • Direct condition assessments, restoration design, and construction-phase services for structural rehabilitation projects
  • Provide technical oversight on concrete and steel repair programs, including parking structures and infrastructure assets
  • Review and finalize engineering reports, repair strategies, and construction documents
  • Ensure quality control across all restoration deliverables and internal workflows
  • Collaborate with clients, contractors, and consultants to ensure successful project execution
