Job summary

Venture Global LNG is seeking an experienced Senior Director, Corporate Sourcing and Contracts in Arlington. You will lead a team of sourcing, contracting, and analytics professionals supporting engineering, IT, and corporate functions.

The role partners with leadership to ensure compliant contracts and optimized spend. Ideal candidates bring 10–15 years in sourcing/contracting leadership, proven team leadership, and deep knowledge of procurement processes and negotiation with strong

Qualifications

10–15 years in a similar Sourcing, Contracting, Procurement or Supply Chain leadership role involving Engineering, IT, and/or corporate functions.
Lead a team of 5–10 direct reports with strong people-management skills.
Excellent knowledge of sourcing, contracting, procurement and delivery processes.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to simplify complex concepts.

Responsibilities

Build a robust sourcing, procurement and contracting plan to support business operations.
Lead development of sourcing strategies and advise on strategic direction to maximize value.
Coordinate purchase and contracting requests from stakeholders across corporate functions.
Set expectations for competitive bid events and prepare award recommendations.
Negotiate terms, scopes of work, and pricing to protect the company.
