Responsibilities

• Lead the Partnership Growth team, providing guidance and mentorship to ensure successful execution of partnership initiatives.
• Develop and implement strategies to identify, cultivate, and manage high-impact partnerships that drive revenue growth.
• Cultivate high-level relationships with key partners to foster mutually beneficial collaborations.
• Identify new opportunities and expand the partnership portfolio across industry verticals.
• Lead quarterly business reviews with partners and deliver executive-ready materials.
• Navigate difficult partner conversations, renegotiations, and exits to resolution.
• Collaborate with operations, performance, legal, finance, product, and marketing teams to maximize opportunities.
• Track KPIs to measure success and adjust strategies to meet targets.
• Represent The Leads Network at industry events and meetings.
