Job summary

Hard Rock Digital is seeking a Senior Director, Trading to lead our sportsbook trading function from South Florida. You will own pricing, risk management, player profiling, and the in-house modelling capability that underpins our long-term product ambition, while aligning with partners and executive leadership.

You will shape the trading model, drive performance across markets, and lead a team through rapid growth and change, including international activities handled via a third-party partner.

Qualifications

• Significant senior leadership experience in sportsbook trading.
• Commercial credibility with P&L know-how and partner conversations.
• Experience leading multiple disciplines and teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and operational leadership across the trading operation - pricing, risk, player management, origination.
• Own the trading contribution to sportsbook P&L - handle, GGR, and margin across the full portfolio.
• Ensure pricing strategy is competitive across markets, focusing on major opportunities.
• Collaborate with Marketing to assess viability of acquisition and CRM offers with clear liability.
• Provide commercial oversight of trading activity with third-parties where applicable.
• Coordinate with Commercial Analytics & Supplier Performance Manager to inform supplier decisions and contracts.
• Drive evolution of the trading model including sport-led structure and in-house origination capabilities.
• Ensure cohesive operation with clear handoffs and accountability across teams.
• Lead, develop, and retain teams; foster accountability and continuous improvement.
• Represent trading function credibly at executive and board level.
