Qualifications

• Master's degree in Divinity or related field from an accredited institution.
• Ordination or commissioned to function by religious authority.
• Completion of at least four CPE units.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic, clinical, educational, operational, and administrative leadership for spiritual care services.
• Oversee chaplain teams, CPE accreditation, and ACPE compliance.
• Collaborate with executives, clinical teams, and community partners to integrate spiritual care into the patient experience.
• Lead chaplain development, residency education, program evaluation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
