Job summary

Trimont is seeking a Senior Director, Special Servicing & Credit & Asset Management to oversee non-performing and REO assets for a major client across U.S. markets. Advanced Excel skills and robust financial modeling are essential to succeed in this role.

Candidate will manage borrower relationships, monitor budgets, and evaluate operating statements, developing strategic resolutions. A BS in Real Estate/Finance and 9+ years CRE servicing experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Finance, or related field.
• 9+ years of portfolio servicing or asset management experience.
• Expertise in commercial real estate debt operations.
• Experience with complex CRE structured finance transactions.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Manage relationships with borrowers, lenders, and certificate holders.
• Understand major markets, trends, rents, and values for modeling.
• Coordinate with third-party vendors and maintain communication.
• Monitor asset performance against approved budgets and reports.
• Review monthly/quarterly operating performance and rent rolls.
• Create and review cash flow projections and valuation models.
