Job summary

Broadridge is seeking a Senior Director, Software Engineering (Java & MuleSoft) to lead design, development, and integration efforts across platforms in a fast-paced Agile environment. You will guide architecture and coding standards while delivering scalable solutions.

With 10+ years in software development and 5+ years integrating MuleSoft, you will mentor engineers, collaborate with stakeholders, and drive strategic initiatives across teams to meet business goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Minimum of 10 years of professional software development experience.
• At least 5 years of experience developing and integrating solutions with MuleSoft.
• Proven expertise in application development, system architecture, and integration frameworks.
• Ability to translate business challenges into robust technical solutions.
• Strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Experience in cross-functional, Agile development environments.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement advanced software solutions using new and existing technologies.
• Analyze system requirements and business processes to create effective and sustainable technical solutions.
• Write, test, debug, and document code according to established engineering standards and best practices.
• Ensure system upgrades, integrations, and enhancements are delivered successfully.
• Serve as a technical lead on projects, providing guidance and mentorship to junior developers when needed.
• Apply advanced analytical and problem-solving skills to develop innovative and efficient solutions.
• Recommend process improvements, technology upgrades, and integration strategies.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across teams to align software solutions with business goals.
