Qualifications

• 8–10 years in business development or formulation sales within beauty.
• Proven track record of building and converting large opportunities into awarded business.
• Established network with prestige and masstige skincare brands.

Responsibilities

• Own and expand relationships with prestige/masstige skincare brands as senior commercial lead.
• Drive outbound prospecting and pipeline generation for assigned territory.
• Own the full commercial process from first contact to purchase order for strategic accounts.
• Collaborate with R&D, product development, marketing and finance to resource opportunities.
• Lead pricing discussions and negotiate multi-year partnerships within pricing frameworks.
