Job summary

GE Aerospace is seeking a Senior Director to lead Secure Network Services globally, focusing on OT connectivity, Zero Trust, and site security. You will own strategy, architecture, and operations across enterprise firewalls, segmentation, and ZTNA for on-site, remote, and third-party access.

This role requires regional and global leadership—mentoring managers, guiding cross-functional teams, and delivering scalable secure connectivity programs with a strong emphasis on regulatory/export controls

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 10+ years of professional experience OR higher qualifications as alternative.
• Minimum 7 years in Cyber Operations, Network Security Engineering, or Security Service Delivery in large organizations.
• 5+ years as a People Leader overseeing multi-location or global teams.
• Proven experience owning and operating secure network services at enterprise scale.
• Experience with OT/ICS networking or connectivity for export-controlled or regulated environments.

Responsibilities

• Own Secure Network Services strategy, catalog, SLAs, and KPIs.
• Lead Secure Site Connectivity including OT, Export Control Vaults, and site perimeters.
• Deliver ZTNA user connectivity and transition from VPN to Zero Trust patterns.
• Operate and improve Secure Network Services with robust processes and metrics.
• Lead and develop a global team of ~11 network security specialists and engineers.
