We are seeking a Senior Director, Scientific Publications & Communications to lead the development and execution of Solid Biosciences’ global scientific communication strategy. This role will establish the scientific narrative for the portfolio, drive publication planning and execution, develop scientific communication platforms, and ensure the consistent articulation of the clinical and scientific value of Solid’s programs across stakeholder audiences.
This individual will work cross‑functionally with Clinical Development, Regulatory, Commercial, Patient Advocacy, and external partners to maximize the impact of the company’s scientific data and leadership.
The base compensation range for this role is: $270,000.00 - $315,000.00. Base salary offered is determined through an internal analysis utilizing a combination of factors including, but not limited to, relevant skills & experience, job location, and internal equity. Regular employees are eligible to receive both short‑term and long‑term incentives, including cash bonus and equity incentive opportunities, designed to reward individual performance and align incentives to Solid’s long term company performance.
