You will guide cross‑functional teams, develop scientific narratives and publications, and translate insights into customer value and competitive positioning while advancing West’s scientific leadership globally.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant scientific/technical field is required.
• Advanced degrees preferred for broader leadership and strategy roles.
• Extensive experience leading scientific affairs and external engagement.

Responsibilities

• Lead Scientific Affairs and Scientific Communications to shape strategy and external engagement.
• Serve as senior scientific leader on pharmaceutical packaging, elastomers, and materials.
• Translate scientific insights into actionable product strategy and communications.
• Collaborate with Product Management, Marketing, R&D, Quality, Regulatory and others.
• Represent West externally at conferences, forums, and publications.
• Develop scientific content including publications, presentations, and training materials.
