Your Impact

As Senior Director, Revenue, you will oversee a team of more than 20 professionals managing the company's revenue recognition and systems globally. Your focus will be on leading the team in revenue policies, closing processes, and system enhancements.

This role requires experience with complex revenue and commercial models, especially for bundled hardware, software, and services subscriptions, along with strong leadership skills. You will lead system and process changes and collaborate with senior finance and cross-functional teams to ensure accurate revenue reporting and system functionality.

Key responsibilities include:

• Leading, coaching, and developing the revenue recognition team.
• Expanding revenue and OTC footprint internationally, including hiring and coaching.
• Managing revenue accounting, close processes, and reporting.
• Partnering with sales, product, IT, and engineering teams to optimize revenue processes and systems.
• Developing policies, training stakeholders, and implementing system enhancements.

What You Bring

• 10+ years of experience leading revenue accounting teams, with expertise in revenue engines and close processes.
• CPA or equivalent, with deep understanding of ASC 606.
• Experience in global public companies under SOX regulation, preferably in tech, across multiple countries.
• Track record of implementing operational technologies to support scaling.
• Leadership in talent development and process improvement.
