As Senior Director, Relationship Marketing Strategy you will report into the VP, Relationship Marketing Strategy and join a team of experienced marketers focused on helping Merkle clients achieve their business goals. You will be a key member of our client account team and will ensure that the programs we execute are based on a deep understanding of the client’s business and strategic objectives. You will be a trusted advisor to the client and Merkle account team, thriving in both analytic and creative thinking and solving client problems. As a leader, your skills and passion for communicating strategy will mobilize others to believe in the ideas you present and follow that belief through to execution.

Those ideas should be applicable to a variety of client scenarios and cross any service needed to achieve the client objective. As a Senior Director in the Relationship Marketing Strategy team you will demonstrate experience in planning across media and channels, developing and managing campaigns that generate measurable ROI and the ability to work across core vertical markets (Insurance, Financial Services, Non-Profit, Retail, Automotive, Travel, Media and Entertainment, B2B, High Tech).
To be successful in this role you’ll have a passion for problem solving and a deep understanding of how businesses, brands, and customers interact, with an advanced understanding of the evolving role that data and technology play in this relationship. You can identify business growth opportunities and develop strategic recommendations to support client relationships.

The annual base salary range for this position is $136,000-$219,650. Placement within the salary range is based on factors including relevant experience and skills. This position is eligible for discretionary incentive compensation. Benefits include:
