Qualifications

• 5+ years of postdoctoral experience in quantitative pharmacology/pharmacometrics in biotech/pharma.
• Experience developing quantitative methods in drug development.
• Background in population PK, exposure–response modeling, and related analyses.
• Proven track record in clinical research and pharmacometrics.
• Demonstrated scholarly achievement and ability to collaborate across therapeutic areas.
• Strong interpersonal, writing and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead pharmacometrics strategy within Translational Medicine.
• Provide PK/PD insights to inform development strategy and decisions.
• Drive the implementation of model-based analyses (PK/PD, population PK, exposure–response, QSP).
• Support regulatory submissions with pharmacometric data and analyses.
• Mentor junior staff and foster career development.
