Job summary

The Farley Center is seeking a senior Quality and Compliance leader to oversee inpatient and outpatient services, driving quality, risk management and client safety across the facility. You will direct the QAPI program, monitor data, and lead organization‑wide performance improvements with cross‑department collaboration.

Applicants should have a Bachelor's degree with a clinical/nursing/business focus and 3+ years in quality/risk roles; a Master's degree is preferred, along with familiarity with

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with a clinical, nursing or business emphasis; Master’s preferred.
• Experience in quality, client safety, regulatory compliance, risk management or related fields.
• Knowledge of state/federal regulations, Joint Commission and CARF accreditation.

Responsibilities

• Oversee facility programs, ensuring alignment with quality, risk, safety and regulatory standards.
• Lead QA/PI program, monitor KPIs and drive data‑driven improvements.
• Manage incident reporting, investigations and risk analyses; ensure timely resolution.
• Ensure survey readiness and serve as liaison during regulatory/accreditation surveys.
• Collaborate with Legal, Compliance and HR on high‑risk events and corrective actions.
• Provide staff training and mentoring to sustain a culture of safety and continuous improvement.
