Hi, we're Oscar. We're hiring a Senior Director to join our Provider Experience team.

The Senior Director of Provider Experience is a strategic role responsible for deeply understanding the provider experience and then developing and executing a roadmap of cross‑functional initiatives. This high‑performing leader is a curious and analytical doer, and will work in a fast‑paced environment to influence key partners to deliver impactful outcomes.
This position is based in our Tempe, Arizona office, requiring a hybrid work schedule with 3 days of in‑office work per week. Thursdays are a required in‑office day for team meetings and events, while your other two office days are flexible to suit your schedule.
The base pay for this role is: $196,732- $258,211 per year. You are also eligible for employee benefits, participation in Oscar's unlimited vacation program, company equity grants, and annual performance bonuses.
