Job summary

RayzeBio, a wholly owned subsidiary of Bristol Myers Squibb, seeks an accomplished Senior Director, Clinical Development for Prostate Cancer. You will shape clinical development plans, guide regulatory submissions, and lead cross-functional teams across early to late-stage programs.

You will collaborate with research and translational medicine to inform on assets and pipeline, and you will drive strategic partnerships with oncology leaders while navigating a highly regulated environment.

Qualifications

• MD, PhD, PharmD or equivalent ideally with oncology sub-specialty and substantial pharmaceutical/biotech oncology development experience.
• Experience in NDA/MAA preparation, submission, and global health authority interactions.
• Experience in all protocol life cycle stages from start-up to phase 3, with strong clinical trial execution expertise.
• Ability to lead cross-functional, matrixed teams and manage multiple stakeholder engagements.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical direction and high-quality scientific and clinical knowledge to lead RayzeBio’s clinical development plans for molecules in early and late development.
• Lead cross-functional study teams and supervise clinical scientists and medical directors.
• Oversee regulatory submissions for assets in prostate cancer indications.
• Partner with research and translational teams to inform on clinical stage assets and pipeline opportunities.
• Engage with oncology leaders to develop combination strategies across RayzeBio and BMS portfolios.
• Travel approximately 30% as needed.
