Job summary

Qualifications

• 15+ years of program or portfolio management experience.
• Experience managing mid-to-large portfolios with growth focus.
• Strong leadership and execution discipline.
• Deep experience with program financial management and reporting.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams.
• Active Secret clearance with TS eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Execute VP/DVM strategy across assigned programs.
• Oversee program financial and operational performance.
• Drive tactical business development and recompete efforts.

• Ensure PM compliance, reporting accuracy, and governance.
