Epsilon is seeking a Senior Director, Product Management to advance data-driven advertising initiatives, connecting marketers and publishers through data collaborations and clean room technology. You will lead strategy, partner with multiple teams, and drive revenue opportunities across the data ecosystem.
You will translate owner/buyer needs into scalable products, set the product direction, and measure success with KPI-driven leadership in the Advertising Technology and Media space.
As the Senior Director, Product Management, you will be responsible for advancing product offerings that connect two sides of a growing market: marketers and publishers who want to monetize their data and brands who want trusted access to that data to power their marketing. This is a new role in the organization reporting to the VP of Product.
To achieve success in this role, you will build revenue opportunities by making these data collaborations valuable, easy and repeatable. You will need to translate the needs of both data owners and data buyers to a broad cross‑functional set of internal partners, prioritizing what will enable growth for Epsilon. As part of this role, you will set product strategy, engage with a large set of partners and manage KPIs that measure success.
The leader selected for this role will need to deeply understand what collaborators are trying to accomplish, why it matters to their business, and how to translate that into products that generate revenue. Knowledge of the intersections between cloud data warehouses, clean room technology and the applications being built on top of them is required. The ideal candidate will also have a strong understanding of the data privacy landscape and how it is affecting the MarTech and AdTech industries. The individual will need to grasp how the market for data collaboration is evolving, where the demand is heading, and demonstrate a strategic vision for how brands and data owners will transact with one another in the future of the Advertising Technology and Media ecosystem.
