MindWare, part of the Oriental Trading family, seeks a Senior Manager Product & Brand to lead cross‑functional teams spanning Product Development, Creative, Brand, Catalog, and E‑Commerce Merchandising in the MindWare division. This role drives cohesive execution, innovation, and brand expression across print and digital channels from its Roseville, Minnesota base.

• Translates business goals into strategic priorities for leaders and teams.
• Guides long-range catalog and product assortment planning to support innovation and customer relevance.
• Oversees creative leadership to ensure output aligns with brand standards and objectives.
• Drives collaboration between Product, Creative, Marketing and Merchandising to strengthen storytelling.
• Act as escalation point for major creative decisions and resource planning.
