Cleveland State University seeks a Senior Director of Gift and Estate Planning to lead all planned giving programs on Main Campus and drive donor engagement. You will oversee gift agreements and work with the CSU Foundation to advance strategy.

The role requires five years of related experience, strong ethics, exceptional communication, and the ability to travel as needed. This is a full-time, on-site position at CSU.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s Degree preferably in business, urban studies, communications, public relations or related fields.
• Five years professional experience in planned giving development, legal or financial fields.
• Valid driver’s license and the ability to establish driver eligibility under the University’s motor vehicle policy.

Aufgaben

• Plan and execute all planned giving programs for CSU and the CSU Foundation.
• Identify, cultivate, and solicit donors for planned gifts.
• Oversee gift agreement writing and gift acceptance policy development.
• Interact professionally with internal and external customers.
• Travel off campus as required.
