Job summary

100x Recruiting seeks an Associate Director of Personal CFO Services to lead complex partnership, trust, and multi-entity accounting for ultra-high-net-worth families. You will be the Sage Intacct expert, shaping chart of accounts and reporting while guiding system implementations and client onboarding.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• CPA strongly preferred.
• 8-12+ years of partnership, family office, public accounting, fund administration, or complex entity accounting experience.
• Deep technical knowledge of partnership accounting and financial reporting.
• Hands-on experience with Sage Intacct or similar enterprise accounting systems.
• Strong analytical skills and exceptional attention to detail.
• Ability to independently manage multiple complex workstreams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee partnership, trust, and complex entity accounting for ultra-high-net-worth family structures.
• Serve as subject-matter expert for Sage Intacct, including chart of accounts design and dimensional reporting.
• Lead Sage implementations, system conversions, and client onboarding initiatives.
• Review general ledger activity, reconciliations, allocations, and financial statements.
• Maintain partner capital accounts, allocations, contributions, and distributions.
• Prepare and review financial statements and supporting schedules.
• Present accounting structures and reporting matters in client meetings.
• Identify accounting risks and inefficiencies; recommend process improvements.
• Serve as escalation point for complex accounting matters.
• Support standardized accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls.
