Qualifications

• 10+ years of analytics or product analytics leadership experience.
• Experience with payor-focused products and healthcare analytics.
• Ability to define strategic direction for measurement and reporting.
• Experience aligning measurement priorities across actuarial, analytics, client reporting, and product teams.
• Proven success leading highly matrixed work across multiple teams.
• Strong strategic and systems thinking skills with portfolio impact.
• Executive communication and stakeholder influence skills.
• Ability to influence without direct ownership.
• Strong prioritization and cross-functional leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive a consistent product analytics strategy across the payor product portfolio.
• Establish portfolio-level standards for measurement and business value translation.
• Partner with product owners, actuaries, analytics and reporting teams to align priorities.
• Translate product priorities into clear analytics requirements and execution needs.
• Guide cross-functional alignment on priorities, dependencies, and sequencing.
• Drive consistency in product value reporting and performance measures.
• Influence measurement frameworks, reporting approaches, and value stories.
• Identify opportunities to improve product evaluation, reporting, and monitoring.
• Support strategic initiatives to strengthen analytics quality and consistency.
• Monitor measurement effectiveness to inform future analytics direction.
