Northwell Health in New York is seeking a nursing leader to direct and oversee 24/7 patient care across multiple departments, ensuring high-quality, family-centered care and alignment with the hospital's strategic goals.

You will collaborate with Nurse Executives, manage budgets, develop strategic plans, implement policy, and mentor nurse leaders while ensuring regulatory compliance and a culture of accountability.

Competenze

• Master's degree in nursing required.
• Current NYS RN license required.
• 8–12 years nursing experience and 7+ years leadership/management experience required.

• Directs and has 24-hour responsibility for the overall assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of patient care across multiple departments or service lines.
• Collaborates with Nurse Executives to develop nursing strategic plan for area of responsibility.
• Implements policies and programs that align with strategic goals and organization mission, vision, and values.
• Creates, communicates and builds consensus for a shared vision through influential leadership to achieve organizational goals.
• Oversees staffing for multiple departments and collaborates with HR to fulfill requirements.
• Selects, develops, manages and evaluates nurse leaders and provides direction to nurse leaders and clinical leadership.
• Ensures adherence to the established care delivery model and compliance with regulations.
