Job summary

LCMC Health is seeking a Senior Director of Operations to champion the system's vision and oversee the daily operations of the hospital, including financial and operational performance, service excellence, and interdepartmental collaboration.

This leadership role focuses on strategic planning, developing initiatives, and leading business units to create data-driven process improvements that enhance patient and employee satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 6 years of experience in Management, Administration, or Operations.
• 3 years of previous Leadership/Management experience including responsibilities for hiring, training, assigning work, and managing performance of staff.
• Healthcare industry experience preferred.

Participates in operational strategic planning, develops initiatives, and leads business units to develop data-driven solutions focusing on process improvement to increase patient and employee satisfaction.

Experience Qualifications

• Required: 6 years of experience in Management, Administration, or Operations.
• Required: 3 years of previous Leadership/Management experience including responsibilities for hiring, training, assigning work, and managing performance of staff.
• Preferred: Required work experience to have taken place in the Healthcare industry.

Education Qualifications

• Required: Bachelor's degree in nursing, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or equivalent experience.
• Preferred: Master's Degree
