Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
• 10 years IT experience including five years people management.
• Five years in telecommunications and/or IT with focus on voice connectivity and data networking.
• Three years in cloud computing or private hybrid cloud infrastructure management.

Responsibilities

• Oversees IT division’s data, voice telecommunications, security, and cloud environments.
• Directs staff, manages budgeting, staffing, and policy implementation.
• Ensures compliance with regulatory and accreditation requirements.
• Leads strategic projects and cross-functional teams to achieve objectives.
• Oversees disaster recovery planning and service delivery across facilities.
