Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Microbiology or related field; MS/PhD preferred for leadership.
• 10–14+ years in a cGMP regulated pharmaceutical/biotech or sterile manufacturing environment.
• Proven leadership of large teams and cross-functional/global matrix organizations.

Responsabilités

• Quality Control & Sterility Assurance leadership and program development.
• Regulatory alignment and documentation for FDA, EMA, WHO and others.
• Environmental monitoring program design and contamination-control leadership.
• Lead, mentor, and develop microbiology staff; budget and resource management.
• Collaborate with R&D for new microbiological methods and tech.
