Kaiva Tech, LLC is seeking a Senior Director - Construction in Utah. This executive will provide oversight, strategic direction, and hands-on leadership across the construction portfolio to drive sustainable growth and profitability.

The role requires building standardized practices, partnering with the executive team, and expanding key accounts while maintaining safety, quality, and customer service. Travel to project sites is expected as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent construction leadership experience.
• Minimum 10 years in construction operations, PM, or business unit leadership.
• Experience overseeing multiple projects or large portfolios.
• Strong knowledge of project controls, scheduling, forecasting, and financial reporting.

Responsabilités

• Provide executive oversight across the construction portfolio.
• Develop and implement standard construction processes, tools, and controls.
• Lead senior and project teams, ensuring profitability, safety, and quality.
• Collaborate with executive team on strategy, capture, and account growth.
• Forecast performance, manage risks, and ensure timely reporting.
