Starting salary ranges from $250,000 to $270,000 with remote-optional flexibility across the United States, reflecting location, experience, and impact.

• Translates technical details for executives and nontechnical partners.

Responsibilities

• Shape engineering strategy and technical direction with CTO.
• Lead and develop engineering managers and senior technical leaders.
• Turn priorities into technical plans and align capacity to critical work.
• Ensure architecture, platforms, and reliability across teams.
• Establish operating standards and engineering health benchmarks.
• Lead vendor evaluation for tools, platforms, and services.
