Job summary

Vantage Data Centers is seeking a Senior Director of Procurement Execution for North America, based in Ashburn, VA or remote. You will lead Energy Procurement, Logistics, OFCI, and strategic sourcing to optimize cost, schedule, and supply chain resiliency across a multi-regional portfolio.

You will manage complex supplier negotiations, RFPs, and contract execution, forecast capital budgets exceeding $800M, and collaborate with Finance, Engineering, and Operations to ensure on-time project

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Construction Management, or similar field is required.
• 12+ years of experience in a supply chain, procurement, or construction role.
• Experience with equipment procurement, OFCI, and complex supplier negotiations.
• Data center or industrial equipment experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide executive leadership for North American logistics, inventory management, and supply chain operations.
• Lead cross-functional teams responsible for transportation, warehousing, inventory planning, and material flow.
• Develop and maintain multi-year inventory and capacity planning strategies.
• Oversee procurement reporting, forecasting, and performance metrics for spend and schedule.
• Lead long-range equipment demand planning and capacity management strategies.
• Oversee procurement, submittal management, and supplier engagement.
• Manage a team of direct reports and mentor future leaders.
