• Experience translating business needs into data-driven ML solutions and driving production deployments.
• Proficiency with Python, R, SQL, and cloud analytics platforms.
• Ability to lead and mentor high-performing ML teams and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and objectives.
• Translate requirements into data-driven ML and AI solutions for multiple domains.
• Lead end-to-end development and deployment of analytics models across Marketing, Finance, and Supply Chain.
• Mentor data scientists and drive engineering excellence and performance reviews.
• Oversee vendor interactions and maintain technical documentation.
