This role emphasizes collaboration with physicians and internal stakeholders to advance clinical evidence and scientific communications.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated track record in people management.

Responsibilities

• Direct medical affairs activities (e.g., scientific communications, medical information & scientific support for claims) with overall responsibility of leading the team to deliver clinical evidence to the physician community.
• Recommend and implement strategies for scientific communications and lead team from data assessment to publications in peer-reviewed journals and physician presentations.
• Lead in medical information to ensure provision of information to physicians supporting appropriate product use and scientific exchange.
• Oversee scientific development and review of product claims and educational objectives for effective implementation.
• Develop and refine best practices by directing and implementing changes through leadership and teams.
• Develop a robust talent development and succession plan aligned with Medical Affairs growth strategy.
