Job summary

Geisinger Health Plan seeks a Senior Director of Service Coordination and LTSS to lead strategy, program design, and implementation for all LTSS/HCBS under the CHC agreement. The role requires PA residency, travel across Pennsylvania, and a Master’s in a health-related field.

You will guide policy, partnerships, and compliance, ensuring participant-centered LTSS delivery. The position leads CHC readiness, engages in state forums, and collaborates with leadership to optimize program effectiveness

Qualifications

Master's Degree in Healthcare, Nursing, Social Work, Public Administration, or related field.
Bachelor's Degree in Nursing preferred.
Minimum of 8 years managerial/supervisory experience.
Minimum of 5 years Health Insurance/Managed Care experience.

Responsibilities

Leads strategy and implementation of Geisinger Health Plan’s CHC program, including Service Coordination and Service Integration.
Develops and oversees implementation of strategic partnerships with LTSS providers and others.
Represents GHP as CHC leader in state forums (DHS/OLTL).
Ensures compliance with state and federal regulations and CHC obligations.
Develops budgets with Leadership team to fund CHC activities.
