Formación

• 10+ years life insurance industry experience.
• Experience in underwriting, actuarial, product development, or related business operations.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and execute market, business, or go-to-market strategies within a complex, matrixed organization.
• Strong understanding of Life Insurance market dynamics and data use for underwriting, marketing, pricing, and risk assessment.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute a market-informed growth strategy for Life Insurance, establishing priorities and measurable objectives.
• Align industry trends with TransUnion’s solutions to inform growth playbooks and GTM strategies.
• Collaborate across teams to execute growth initiatives and manage dependencies.
• Provide subject-matter expertise to validate market demand and incorporate VOC insights into solutions.
• Define thought-leadership priorities, research, messaging, and value propositions for Life Insurance.
• Present strategies and recommendations to senior leaders and external stakeholders.
• Build internal networks to align stakeholders and move initiatives from concept to execution.
