The Senior Director, Integrated Solutions Execution & Offerings, leads a team of enterprise-level experts responsible for solution architecture, proposal development, and end-to-end project execution. Reporting to the Vice President, Integrated Solutions, this leader develops team capability and organizational effectiveness; directs engineering and automation efforts; partners with the Integrated Solutions Commercial team to deliver differentiated, competitive proposals; and oversees the build, delivery, start-up, and closeout of complex customer projects. The role also develops strategic partnerships with engineering firms, system integrators, suppliers, and customers. Close collaboration with Product Management, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Quality, Finance, Legal, and other cross-functional teams is essential to drive alignment, foster accountability, and deliver safely, reliably, and in line with customer commitments.

The estimated base salary range for this role, based in the United States of America is $210,000-$300,000. Compensation decisions are dependent on several factors including, but not limited to an individual's ,qualifications, location, internal equity, and alignment with market data.
Additionally, employees are eligible to participate in one of our variable cash programs (bonus or commission) and eligible roles may receive equity as part of the compensation package.
