Phillips 66 is seeking a Senior Director, Instrument Controls & Analyzer to lead a team of engineers designing, developing, and implementing critical instrument control systems that ensure safety, reliability, and efficiency across facilities and projects.

As the Senior Director, Instrument Controls & Analyzer at Phillips 66, you will lead a team of engineers who design, develop, and implement critical instrument control systems that keep our operations safe, reliable, and efficient. You will set direction for a high-performing team, partnering across disciplines to deliver complex projects that meet rigorous technical and regulatory standards. This position has a base salary range of $257,400 - $314,600.
