• Experience leading HSE in manufacturing and engaging with regulatory agencies.
• Strong communication and team-building abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide program ownership for the HSE Management System to meet regulations and Lilly standards.
• Define HSE priorities, roadmap, initiatives, and metrics for the site.
• Ensure regulatory reporting requirements are met.
• Benchmark best practices externally and apply them to the site.
• Develop future management and technical leadership for site and network roles.
• Escalate critical environmental, health and safety issues to leadership.
