Philips in Cambridge, MA, seeks a Senior Director to define and lead the strategy, governance, and evolution of the HPM Commercial Solutions Portfolio. This role transforms Category innovations into scalable, market-ready commercial offerings, spanning products, software, digital capabilities, services, and commercial constructs.

You will own the portfolio lifecycle, roadmap, and governance, and partner across Categories, Regions, Marketing, Pricing, Finance, Customer Success, and Solution

Formación

• Minimum 11 years of relevant work experience with Bachelor's OR 9 years of relevant work experience with Master's degree.
• Proven leadership in portfolio management, commercial strategy, or business transformation.
• Experience in healthcare technology or medtech service business; ability to influence executive stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Define and lead strategy, governance, and evolution of the HPM Commercial Solutions Portfolio.
• Translate Category innovations into scalable commercial offerings by partnering across functions.
• Own portfolio lifecycle including roadmap development, governance, and retirement of legacy offerings.
• Establish standardized commercial frameworks—packaging, contracts, entitlements, deployment, lifecycle models.
