Qualifications

• 10+ years of healthcare technology consulting, program leadership, or healthcare IT experience.
• 5+ years of MEDITECH experience providing MEDITECH consulting in hospitals and healthcare systems.
• Experience leading enterprise MEDITECH implementations, Expanse migrations, optimization initiatives, or large-scale healthcare technology transformations.
• Experience managing complex, multi-workstream programs and developing relationships with executive and C-suite stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of healthcare operations, clinical workflows, revenue cycle processes, and healthcare technology ecosystems.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the executive leader accountable for the successful delivery of large-scale MEDITECH implementations, migrations, upgrades, and optimization engagements.
• Build and maintain trusted relationships with executive and operational stakeholders, providing strategic guidance on MEDITECH and healthcare technology transformation.
• Lead program planning, governance, risk management, staffing, and execution across multiple workstreams.
• Provide subject matter expertise related to MEDITECH applications, workflows, system integration, implementation methodologies, and best practices.
• Direct, coach, and develop project teams while fostering a collaborative, high-performing environment.
• Partner with client leadership to assess challenges, develop solutions, and drive adoption of technology-enabled improvements.
• Contribute to practice growth through sales pursuits, solution development, recruiting, thought leadership.
• Leverage industry relationships to identify new opportunities and represent Huron as a trusted advisor.
