Job summary

Regeneron Pharmaceuticals, Inc. seeks a Senior Director to lead GPS Business Solution Delivery, owning platform strategy for safety systems like Argus, PIVIT, and SRP. You will manage budgets, vendor contracts, and governance while guiding Directors and Managers to ensure regulatory compliance and on-time delivery.

You will partner with GPS leadership, Enterprise IT, and Quality to align technology with pharmacovigilance priorities and global reporting obligations.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive experience in enterprise-scale Global Patient Safety or regulatory tech platforms.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration or related field; Master’s preferred.
• Proven experience leading Directors and Managers with budget and vendor accountability.

Responsibilities

• Own platform strategy and delivery for GPS safety technology portfolio across Argus, PIVIT, and SRP.
• Lead governance, budget, forecast, and vendor contracts for the GPS platform portfolio.
• Coach Directors and Managers; oversee backlog, releases, and quality assurance.
• Collaborate with GPS leadership, Enterprise IT, and Quality to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Represent GPS priorities in enterprise architecture and governance forums.
