You will develop and implement supply chain strategies, mentor a team of professionals, negotiate with suppliers, and drive continuous improvement to support the company’s growth across multiple markets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, logistics, business administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 8+ years of progressive experience in supply chain management, with leadership roles.
• Strong knowledge of supply chain principles, practices, and technologies.
• Experience in procurement, planning, logistics, and distribution.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Proficiency in SAP is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute supply chain strategies aligned with company goals.
• Oversee procurement, sourcing strategies, and vendor relationships.
• Lead demand planning, inventory management, and production scheduling.
• Collaborate with sales and production to align supply chain plans.
• Manage logistics, transportation, warehousing, and distribution.
• Develop KPIs and report to senior management.
