Qualifications

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• CPA, CIA, CISA or similar certification preferred.
• 12+ years’ experience in SOX, internal controls, IT audit, or controllership, with extensive experience managing SOX 404 programs in publicly traded, multi-entity, international companies.
• Deep knowledge of COSO, PCAOB standards, SEC reporting, ITGCs, and financial processes.

Preferred

• experience in biotech/life sciences, global ERP systems, SOX automation and analytics, and familiarity with platforms like NetSuite, Workday, or Wdesk.

Collaboration

• Collaboration with senior management, auditors, and cross-functional teams across geographies is essential.

Location

Redwood City headquarters, with international interaction.
