Ladders is seeking a Sr Director of Product Marketing to lead the global go-to-market for a large networking portfolio in a dynamic technology environment. The role partners with product leadership to align messaging, portfolio strategy, and launch execution across regions.

The position requires translating complex networking capabilities into customer-focused narratives that drive adoption and commercial impact, with remote work options and leadership of distributed teams worldwide.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in product marketing for global enterprise technology, preferably networking or cloud infrastructure.
• Proven leadership of multi-tier, globally distributed teams with a focus on shared priorities.
• Technical fluency in enterprise networking and software platforms, with the ability to simplify complex architectures for customers.
• Demonstrated success in setting portfolio strategy and executing global product launches.
• Bachelor's degree with 17+ years of experience, or equivalent advanced degree with relevant experience.
