Responsibilities

• Lead prosecution of SIE’s global patent portfolio across multiple regions.
• Develop patent strategy with technical and business teams.
• Collaborate with outside counsel on patent preparation and prosecution.
• Manage and mentor prosecution teams in San Mateo, London, and Tokyo.
• Drive patent workshops and portfolio growth initiatives.
• Advise leadership on strategic patent-related issues.
