Qualifications

• Minimum qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field.
• 15+ years of progressive leadership experience in infrastructure engineering, operations, or enterprise technology.
• Experience leading large-scale global teams supporting mission-critical environments.
• Proven experience developing infrastructure strategy and executing large-scale modernization initiatives.
• Deep expertise across: Enterprise Networking, Cloud Services, Data Centers, Database Technologies, Infrastructure Operations, Automation Platforms, Reliability Engineering.

Responsibilities

• Lead global infrastructure strategy and transformation with multi-year roadmaps across networks, data centers, cloud, databases, automation, and observability.
• Lead global engineering organizations for network, cloud, database, and infrastructure platforms; establish modern standards and practices.
• Own health, performance, availability, and reliability of Micron's global infrastructure; evolve GNOC and operational excellence programs.
• Drive innovation in AI-enabled operations, cloud-native services, and software-defined infrastructure.
• Build and lead a high-performing organization; foster accountability, collaboration, and continuous learning.
• Drive financial stewardship and portfolio management for infrastructure investments.
