  • Drive strong financial stability through a disciplined close process, robust internal controls (SOX/DBS), technical accounting compliance (US GAAP), and reserve/cost discipline.
  • Contribute to the finance workstream for M&A activity — including due diligence, purchase accounting and opening balance sheet valuation, carve‑out/stand‑up financials, and post‑close integration of acquired entities into LBS systems, controls, and reporting.
  • Champion DBS‑based continuous improvement across finance processes, systems, and controls, standardizing and automating reporting to strengthen accuracy and speed.
  • Enable financial transparency and stability through strong systems, clear controls, and deep understanding of business and deal‑related constraints.
  • Support strategic initiatives, operating reviews, and ad hoc global projects — including transition service agreements (TSAs), integration governance, and deal‑related reporting across the business.

  • Track record of influencing senior leaders and cross‑functional partners in a matrixed organization.
  • Experience operating within a multinational organization; experience in a U.S. or European matrixed environment is preferred.
  • Professional qualification such as CPA, ACA, or equivalent is preferred.
  • Strong communication, judgment, and critical‑thinking skills, with the ability to operate effectively in ambiguity and drive decisions in a fast‑paced environment.
Travel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment Requirements
  • Travel 25% domestically and internationally per business needs.
It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:
