BeOne Medicines Ltd. is seeking a Senior Director of Corporate Communications to lead global strategy within the Corporate Brand & Reputation team.

You will shape BeOne’s narrative, oversee executive visibility, and coordinate communications for business development and partnerships across regions. This role requires deep experience in corporate communications, brand building, and stakeholder engagement in regulated biopharma environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in communications, journalism, marketing, business, science, or a related field.
• 12+ years of progressive experience in corporate communications, external communications, brand communications, or corporate affairs, including significant in-house experience in biotechnology, pharmaceutical, healthcare, or another highly regulated sector.

Responsabilités

• Develop and lead an integrated, measurable global corporate communications strategy that advances enterprise objectives and builds brand visibility, differentiation, reputation, and stakeholder trust.
• Translate business priorities into an annual communications plan with clear audiences, objectives, strategies, responsibilities, budgets, and measures.
• Serve as a senior communications counselor to Corporate Affairs and business leaders on positioning, visibility priorities, and communications tradeoffs.
