Salesforce is seeking a Senior Director, Programs within Customer Success to drive a cross-functional, global program strategy ensuring customers transition from sale to value-driven Success Plan engagements.

The role requires deep collaboration with Professional Services, Security, Product, and Partners to diagnose, unblock, and accelerate stalled accounts and to lead governance across business units.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of leading large-scale global cross-functional programs in enterprise SaaS or multi-cloud environments.
• Ability to think and operate within strategic frameworks.
• Clear program ownership, crawl-walk-run scaling, and enterprise KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Design global diagnostic strategy across single and multi-cloud environments.
• Identify accounts that have not started, are stuck, or lack foundations.
• Build visibility with reports and recovery funnels for health metrics.
• Design recovery playbooks and deploy CS and PS resources to unblock accounts.
• Identify upstream issues with product, engineering, and alliances to prevent future stalls.
• Establish governance, rhythms, and feedback across business units to secure resources.
