CFS seeks a Senior Director, FP&A (Operations) to lead financial planning, forecasting, and operational analytics across a multi-site nationwide footprint. Qualifications

  • 10+ years of progressive FP&A experience.
  • Significant experience supporting multi-site operations environments.
  • Minimum of 5 years directly managing FP&A teams.
  • Proven success leading teams with multiple direct and indirect reports.
  • Strong financial modeling, forecasting, and analytical capabilities.
  • Experience partnering with operations leaders, executive teams, and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence decision-making through data-driven insights.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, leadership, and relationship-building skills.
  • Experience managing annual planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance management processes.

Responsibilities

  • Lead forecasting and planning across corporate and franchise operations.
  • Own revenue forecasting across multiple channels (in-store, drive-thru, curbside, delivery).
  • Partner with executive leadership to evaluate and refine financial targets.
  • Mentor and develop FP&A professionals across the organization.
  • Oversee sales planning processes and align bonus programs with objectives.
  • Develop financial models and stress-test assumptions for strategic decisions.
  • Monitor performance, identify trends, and recommend profitability improvements.
  • Identify risks and propose corrective actions to optimize performance.
