Job summary

RSM US LLP, a leading provider of professional services to the middle market, seeks an experienced Director for its Financial Due Diligence team within Deal Services. You will manage buy-side and sell-side diligence engagements for PE and corporate clients, steering planning, execution, and client delivery.

The role requires 9+ years of experience, CPA or similar credentials preferred, and a proven ability to lead cross-functional teams in a hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 9+ years of experience in relevant field.
• Preferred: track record of building/growing a Transaction Advisory Service Practice.

Responsibilities

• Directors will lead and manage multiple challenging financial due diligence engagements and participate in transactions related to the acquisitions and divestitures by private equity investor groups and strategic corporate buyers and sellers.
• Develop and deliver quality planning approaches with timely and responsive services and work products that meet and/or exceed client expectations.
• Utilize proven business development skills to build upon transaction advisory services work.
• Identify business opportunities and enhance go-to-market strategies.
• Lead teams to generate a vision, establish direction and motivate members, create an atmosphere of trust, leverage diverse views, and coach staff.
